Welcome to Guiding Elements!
Guiding Elements, LLC is a virtual psychotherapy center in New Jersey offering telehealth sessions through video calls. I am Rakhee Krishna, PhD, New Jersey licensed psychologist, who will be your provider at Guiding Elements. I have more than 15 years of experience learning, treating, testing, teaching and learning some more in this field of clinical psychology. I have treated clients in inpatient and out patient settings, school settings and in community outreach centers. My clients are as young as toddlers and as mature as wise senior citizens.....because mental and behavioral health issues can affect anyone and under any circumstances. I work with individuals, couples and families.

I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, customizing a treatment plan and providing you a culturally sensitive therapeutic experience.

My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Let us work together to remove those mental hurdles that are currently keeping you stuck, confused, nervous, frustrated or simply unhappy.

I accept several Insurance Plans and I am also an Out Of Network (OON) provider. Please check if your insurance plan is accepted by clicking on to the booking link.
